How I got the idea for weed eating geese and Becky's Farm.
Becky's farm is a real place. It's located in SW Florida. I was invited there by the producer of a local TV Show called "Read To Me" that I regularly performed on. I was asked to write a song about the farm.
The weed eating geese were pointed out to me and it was suggested that they would be great song lyrics. I thought the words were ideal for a kids song, so that's how the weed eating geese got into the song. It made the song a little bit different from the usual animals like cows and ducks.
